David Gerbie is an associate at McGuire Law, P.C. His practice is focused on protecting the rights of American consumers by prosecuting cases in Illinois and in federal courts throughout the country. A forceful litigator, David is passionate about bringing justice and results to consumers who have been wronged by powerful corporations.

He also spent a year working with the Wisconsin Innocence Project to exonerate wrongfully convicted prisoners through the use of DNA testing and creative litigation strategies.

David received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as Vice-President of the Mock Trial Team and as President of the Jewish Law Students Association.
